How do you ensure the coffee is fresh?
We partner with top-tier roasters across the country who roast your beans to order. Your coffee is shipped directly from the roaster within 24 hours of roasting to ensure peak flavor.
Can I customize my delivery frequency?
Absolutely. You can choose to receive your coffee every week, every two weeks, or once a month. You can also pause or skip a shipment at any time through your account dashboard.
What happens if I don't like the coffee I received?
We offer a First Match Guarantee. If your very first bag isn't your favorite, our coffee experts will help you find a better match and send your next bag for free.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both. You can choose whole bean for maximum freshness or select a specific grind size tailored to your brewing method, such as drip, espresso, or French press.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat rate per bag, but most of our subscription tiers include free shipping on every order. Check your specific plan details in your cart.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
