Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee beans, we cannot accept physical returns, but we are committed to making your experience right.

    Brew at least two cups using different methods or grind sizes to ensure the flavor profile isn't a result of the brewing process.

    If you are still unsatisfied, reach out to our Customer Experience team within 7 days of delivery to initiate our First Match Guarantee.
